Coordinating the recruitment, promotion, transfers/ postings, discipline, and retirement of all staff.
Coordinating the training and retraining of all staff of the Ministry.
Coordinating between the State Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance and other financial and economic planning institutions.
Undertaking maintenance of the Ministry’s vehicles and machinery.
Managing the Ministry’s public image.
Coordinating oversight and guiding the Ministry on financial expenditure, treasury circulars, and adequate control on collection and disbursement of public funds.
