Dr. Amina Mohammed Baloni
Dr. Amina Mohammed Baloni was born in Kaduna to Aisha and Aliko Misau Mohammed. She began school at the Kaduna Capital School and later Queens College, Lagos, Micklefield School in the UK and obtained her MBBS in 1991 from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She also obtained her fellowship from the West African College of Physicians in Internal Medicine in 2004 and holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, with over 20years of practice as a clinician and a public health professional.
Her core competencies are communication, her drive for results and working with people, honed during her years in developmental work which has helped her achieve results while working with the government in various states to improve the health and wellbeing of children and women, by building their capacity and transferring technical skills such as planning, analytics, formulation of strategies and monitoring for results.
Dr. Amina Mohammed Baloni served as a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Zaria and was responsible for all aspects of clinical management of medical cases as well as leading a team of doctors. She provided clinical and academic guidance to medical students and doctors in residency training which included supervision of examinations for both postgraduate and undergraduate medical students according to the set-out guidelines of the Medical and Dental Council and Postgraduate Medical Colleges.
Dr. Mohammed-Baloni worked with UNICEF Kaduna Field Office from 2004 - 2019 as a Health Specialist responsible for providing technical assistance to the Government and other counterparts on programmes, including Maternal and Child Health interventions as well as policy at field office level covering the North Western part of the country across 8 states and the FCT, to support partners to improve capacity, coordination, monitoring and evaluation and deliver quality health services to children and women.
Her responsibilities included budget review and expenditure, technical review of proposals, direct cash transfers, procurement and supplies, field monitoring, programme assurance and follow-up actions to ensure implementation UNICEF-assisted projects and programmes within the agreed time frame according to HACT principles. She Coordinated UNICEF’s interaction with Kaduna State as the State Focal Point with emphasis on inputs into the State/focus LGAs and communities, to create policies, develop and implement projects and advocate for the appreciation of the rights of children and women.
Amina is a team player who leads by building consensus among her team, she is passionate about developing people and is a good listener. As a person, she believes that strong systems provide sustainable development and results. She has strong leadership skills refined through her training and honed at the prestigious INSEAD Business School. Her various certifications in Health System Strengthening, and Health Financing from the World Bank Institute have positioned her.

Adamu Mohammed Mansur
Adamu Mohammed Mansur was born on 11th July, 1962. He hail from Kaduna South LGA of Kaduna State. He attended LEA Primary School Katsina Road, Kaduna in 1974 and proceeded to Barewa College, Zaria in 1979. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) History Degree at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984 and Master of Arts (M.A) History at University of Jos.
He held various Appointments/Positions starting from Research officer in 1986, became a Head, Research and Documentation, Arts Council, Kaduna in 1990 and grew from the service to the Ag. Director, Department of Special Services, Government House Kaduna in 2003. He later became a secretary, Makarfi LGC in 2004, and Sole Administrator, Makarfi LGC in 2008.
He became a Permanent Secretary, Cabinet Affairs and Special Services, Governor’s Office, Kaduna in 2009 and worked at various Ministries as a permanent secretary and he is currently a permanent secretary, Ministry of Health, Kaduna from July, 2021 to date. He has a specialty on Economic History and interested in research of Health Service Delivery. He is a member of FAISMA, FICMA.

Zakari Mohammed
Zakari Mohammed was born on 24th March, 1967. He has a Master degree in Public Administration (MPA, 2010) from ABU, Zaria. He specializes in Administration and Human Resources Management and has a research interest on Public Service Reforms. He is a Member of National Institute of Management (NIM)

Dr. Sunday Joseph
Dr Joseph Sunday was born on 20th December 1972. He had his first degree (MBBS) in 2003 and Master of Public Health in 2012 all at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
He also had the fellowship certificate from the West African College of Physician in 2018 and had a leadership certificate with the world Bank Group. He is a Consultant Community Physician, with special interest in public health research and statistics and have contributed to the body of knowledge by been part of more than ten research publications in both National and International journals.
He is a member of the Nigerian Medical Association and Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria. He served as a medical director at Rural Hospital Maigana from 2006 to 2013 before proceeding for residency training and became the Director of Health Planning Research and Statistics in 2019.

Dr. Aisha Abubakar Sadiq
Dr Aisha Abubakar Sadiq was born on 29th January, 1977. She had her first degree (MBBS) at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2005, Post-graduate Diploma in Reproductive Health (PgDM) in 2013 at Geneva Foundation for Medical and Research (GFMER, Switzerland) and Masters in Public Health (International) in Field Epidemiology (MPH-FE) in 2015 at Centre for Disease Control, USA/ABU.
She has a PhD in Multi-disciplinary Research and Bio-engineering for Health with specialty in Air Pollution and Human Health in 2022 at University of Lyon, France and Post-graduate Certificate in Clinical Medicine; Anxiety, Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus at Harvard Medical School, USA in 2009-2012.
She specializes in Medicine, Reproductive Health, Epidemiology and Public Health Emergencies. She is a Member of ASTMH, MWAN, WMA, GYV Alumni, HKC BEES and TEPHINET. She has so many publications

Sa'adatu Ahmed
Sa’adu Ahmed was born on 18th June, 1970. She obtained a Registered Midwifery certificate in 1989 at School of Nursing, Katsina, Registered Nursing certificate in 1993 at college of Nursing Kafanchan, Pediatric Nursing in 1997 at ABUTH Zaria, Nephrology Nursing in 2009 at AKTH Kano, BNSC in 2013 at National Open University of Nigeria and Master of Science in Public Health in 2022 at National Open University of Nigeria.
She specializes in Pediatric and Nephrology Nursing and has a research interest on Maternal and Child Health. She is a member of National Association of Nurses and midwives (NANM).

Yusuf Inuwa
Yusuf Inuwa was born on 25th June, 1965. He has a Masters degree in Banking and Finance (MBF, 2009) at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He specializes in Finance and Accounting and has a research interest in Banking and Finance related issues. He is a member of FCNA of ANAN.

Dr. Gajere Gyawiya Jonathan
